Fude powder is a composite silicate powder developed exclusively by Shanghai Innovy Chemical New Materials Co., Ltd.. It is used in complex acid and alkali environments and has good weather resistance and salt spray resistance. The main components are silicon, barium, aluminum, sodium, and potassium. The appearance is grayish white, sometimes dark red or grayish green. The powder is irregular and uniform particles, with a Mohs hardness of 5.5-6.5 and a melting point of 1150-1200℃.

Application range:
This product can be used in coatings, inks, rubber, glass, papermaking and ceramic industries. When used in inks, rubber and papermaking, it can improve the gloss, hardness, rigidity and comprehensive performance of the product. When used in ceramics and glass industries, it can be used as a flux to reduce production costs. When used in coatings, it can improve the filling, high temperature resistance, chemical resistance and aging resistance of the coating. Its excellent acid and alkali resistance, low oil absorption and good anti-sedimentation properties make it particularly suitable for light and heavy anti-corrosion systems to replace barium sulfate. It has good matting, high cost performance and stable quality.
Recommended addition amount:
15%--30% (the specific addition amount is determined by the customer according to their own requirements and tests)
Packaging and storage:
Multi-layer composite kraft paper bag, ton bag packaging, net weight 25Kg/bag. The bag mouth must be tied in time after opening to prevent contamination or moisture. Store in a cool and dry place with a shelf life of two years.
Safety data: This product is a white powder, non-toxic and odorless, with a greasy feel. It may cause dust when used, which may affect the respiratory tract if inhaled. When using it, you must wear a dust mask and do a good job of dust removal.
