What is involution? It seemingly is an issue about the energy field, but is essentially a phenomenon that arises from the loss of the original aspirations of some people. In certain departments, self-interested individuals tend to have a large presence. Some employees and even some departments focus on their own interests over those of the company, and they may be unwilling to relinquish any small portion of their interests. This leads to a conflict of interest. They do just enough work to get by, believing “the less trouble the better”. Such behaviors can impede the implementation of the above-mentioned principle and should be rooted out.
Lift your gaze toward the morning sun, and lower your head to embrace life undone. Ensuring the collective and individual interests within the company presents an enormous challenge that we have consistently striven to overcome. Though I don't anticipate that things remain calm indefinitely, I aspire to counter the challenges that come my way.
